Welp, wouldn't you know it, both up pipes are leaking! I can't believe I didn't notice this previously. It makes perfect sense too, the insulation against the firewall is all discolored.

I also noticed my exhaust manifolds are leaking at the rear cylinders as well. I guess I'll save that for another day.

I soaked the bolts with penetrating oil and I'll be picking up some new donuts on my way home from work today.
Thanks guys! I think I need new glasses...

I bought some F17250 gaskets and bolted up the y pipe, one side was tough to tighten due to the donut binding on the screws. As I finish tightening it

one of the threads in the Y pipe disintegrates ..I guess it's time for a helicoil.

900$ for up pipes?! that's too rich for my blood.. I'm already way too deep into this truck money wise. I'll use a helicoil to repair those FUBAR threads.. Picking up a kit today.

As a truck I don't intend on using every day, I opted for buying a 25$ helicoil kit and repairing the threads, with great success too!
The Y pipe is back in, the Graphite/Mesh F17250 gaskets crushed real nice.
Fuel bowl/Fuel pump are back in and plumbed up.
Turbo/pedestal is back in and im finishing cranking down the exhaust flange bolts..they are very tricky to get to.
I'm hoping to have this truck fired up today..Finger's crossed it works and is leak free

It's alive!

..and leak free!
Rebuilt Fuel Bowl, Rebuilt Turbo, New Fuel pump, new intake hoses, new up pipe gaskets, EBPV gut/delete, 6637 intake. I am SO glad this thing runs after having it all apart. The up pipe gaskets were a massive pain in the ***.
Here's a quick video..

The next adventure will be sealing up the cab & around the windshield.. then the E4OD has to come out for a new TC and the TransGo Tugger kit.

It's clean because all the dirt/grime was exchanged to my clothes and body . took me a solid 20-24 hours to remove/rebuild/reinstall everything, including all the setbacks.

I did wipe everything down so i can chase down leaks easier.

I notice a small weep of oil from my HPOP.. unsure where exactly its coming from. It appears to be from the mounting surface.. I need to look into it further.
