Ok, so in my ever evolving journey to get my truck back to good condition, I've run into an issue or three.

I just installed a new mirror today to try and correct an ambient temp sensor that reads -40 all the time, and it needed the power extend/fold anyways.

After that, still no joy. So I tore it all apart again and started checking powers and grounds. I get 5 vdc on pin 1 2 for the sensor, and all grounds are good, but on pin 5 and 6, I get nothing to the mirror connector power wise. The door harness ohms out ok from the bulk head connector to the mirror connector.

I checked fuses 17,30, and 40 and their not getting power. According to alldata, they get power from the "parking lamp relay" which is listed as non serviceable. Is that relay part of the bcm internally, or just a standard sealed relay somewhere?

I'm also having weird movement of the mirror glass as well. No up or down, but will move up and right when the switch is pushed right, and left and down when the switch is pushed left.

So my guess is failed bcm, but would like someone with more experiences opinion.

Now if I do need to get it replaced, is there anyone out there programming bcms like some places do the
6.0 ficm?

So the AAT was working this morning when I left for work, which was my #1 concern since it affected my HVAC, but the mirror operation still bothers me, but its livable I reckon.
