Covers Over Hard Top Mounting Screws - Mounting
Hello
We are assembling a 1996 Bronco for my grandson, and have run into difficulty with the covers over the T45 or so screws on the sides of the top, just below the side windows. The 4-5 on the horizontal rail attach with normal 'Christmas Trees' into the brackets provided, but the two on the forward end seem too far away from any surface to attach.
Can anyone advise how these two holes are filled? I know there was something in them by the shaded color immediately around the holes .
Obviously, I took this apart too long ago...
Thanks in advance for any help

Are you talking about the interior trim paneling that covers the removable top parts?
If so, I think I remember having difficulty with figuring out the same thing. Those push in clips hold some things together, but I believe there are some that are just there that don't hold in much. I can go take a look right now since my truck is sitting outside (and will be for a little while since the IDM module failed again.........)
Edit: I'm missing one on the drivers side, but the passenger side has two of the push clips in there. I believe they don't do anything but cover the holes.
