Curious about Rancho QuickLift Struts

I'm thinking about leveling my dad's '05 F150 XLT 4x4. From what I've been reading, the HellBentSteel and AutoSpringCorp leveling spacers/pucks are nice and rather easy to install for under $100. My question is this; could I instead replace the struts with Rancho quickLIFT struts and REALLY level the truck? Thanks.

Yes it will level it. It is also valved for a larger tire and will be a new strut and not placing a spacer on top of a potentially worn out strut.
Also rebate is going on now.

Installed the quick lift in my 08 SCREW KR back in 2012. I found the sweet spot on the adjuster dial was 8 clicks. Very, very happy with them. Didn't sag, rides way better than stock and still going strong.

Note, the reason I upgraded was my passenger side coil broke! It happened while I was standing in front of the truck.... scared the daylights out of me too!. Come to find out, broken stock coils is not unheard of. So, I recommend going with the quick lift instead of spacers....
