Ok so last night in a snow storm I found out I okay have high speed on my wipers. I did some research an I think it might be the wiper governor. Does this sound right? If so is it located under the dash? An maybe a part number plz

Yes, this Era trucks have a governor box with pigtailed socket.

 

So what dose the bullnose era have?

 

Bullnose through the bricknose have the passthrough governor with the red socket on a pigtail.
