49 F1 for sale locally (Montana)

Came across this one today on Facebook. Looks kind of strange to me, but then again I'm super new to this whole game. I'm not too interested, but figured I'd post it here for you guys to look at.

Looks like a frame swap in some respects. I've wondered when folks would start looking at the current crop of OHC V6's, they are plenty powerful. I thin it looks a little awkward because of the F-3 front fenders. Frame has been shortened if it was originally an F-3.

Haven't seen that one around here before......looks to be on an S-10 chassis. There are a couple more of those locally, and all look wrong to me. But whatever floats your boat.....
Seems like a lot of dough for a mish mash of parts. JMO

Yep, the guy responded later and said it's a frame swap. I think he said it's an Isuzu 4x4 frame and drivelines. Definitely an odd combination!
