Wink 1985 f150 hot rod project

NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE Brownw,For using a FORD 5.0 COYOTE in a FORD instead of less colorful adjectives Chevy LS engine,Like anybody would've,Heck if your 85 F150 was mine I'd use a 5.8L GT500 engine besides the 5.0 COYOTE

I saw a thread where someone used the front shock mount off an f350 in place of the coil spring/shock mount and ran a coil over. I'll try to find pics

How y'all doing? Finally got around to test driving the new brake system, works well, not much improvement over stock but I haven't found a brake booster that will swap with mine designed for four piston calipers. Anybody got a car that the brake booster will swap right over on?Also noticed my passenger side rear wheel is shaking fairly violently, gonna have to tear that apart and figure that out before any other test drives.

Brownw,Are planning to repaint your 1985 f150 hot rod project the factory red paint,Because I'd like the factory 2-Tone on the 1980-'86 F100/F150 Pickups,My 2-Tone would be FORD Laser Red & Oxford White paint scheme

Thanks! Just had to finish up fixing a few mistakes I made early on, I should get started on upgrading the suspension system soon!
