Truck has hydroboost brakes. Dana 44 front axle (dana 60 was swapped out) Dana 60 rear both with 3.54 gears 4" lift with new rancho shocks. 16x7 alcoa wheels with 285/75/16 hercules tires with decent tread left.
Interior is clean for the most part needs some minor tlc. Exterior has been repainted at some time. body is straight for the most part. Some rust at the top of the front windshield and bottom of doors but the rest of the truck is very solid. bed is pretty clean and not all dented up.
Truck is for sale as-is and will need some fine tuning to pass CA smog. email me if you have any questions.

1979 F-350 4x4 would have a HP KP Dana 60 front axle. You're right that's a Dana 44 which leads me to believe That's not truly an F-350.
