Just finishing a couple of ham sandwiches, Shawn.
Realtor we had the house listed with just called on the house, then the cell phones. Didn't want to interfere with my lunch... Contract expired last Nov and he's just getting around to contacting us....

Virginia house , Shawn. The one in NY is paid for, plus all my projects are up there. !@#$%^ health insurance is un-affordable.
