-6°F this morning at 7AM. I went to turn the truck over at 8:30 and it did not want to start on the first try with the remote. On went the boots, and fired up the old way, with key. It took 2 more tries but the engine turned over. I'm thinking the battery was kind of hurting from the cold. After letting the truck warm up few minutes, we went on our way. Scan gauge gave out some weird numbers like negative temp readings from the air intake. It was a strange experience for NJ lol
plugged it in for 2 hours and it fired rite off.

We ended up with 4" where they called for 1+
Got frozen wet crap landing now.
I was smart enough not to clear it, so the snow would be under it.
They said going to get an inch of frozen rain, then tomorrow 55*
When it warms up, I'll clear what don't melt......
On better fun news, the brand new battery in the winter truck is stone cold dead.
wouldn't even fart.
Bets are being placed on the Auto Zone alternator I had to buy in an emergency on the side of the road........

it sure will Craig.
4 inches on the road at 3 am when the plows came through. all was melted when i got up again at 6 am. but the steps and driveway under the truck are still solid ice.
i will see what it is like at 9:30 as to whether i will take the parents to the doctors or not, i am not letting them go out of the house unless there is no ice at all.
