My caring employer told us they are not closing tomorrow due to snowmageddon... but they did send out a very caring email:
Gentle Reminders for tomorrow:
• Take your time! Walk at a reasonable pace to help avoid slips and falls.
• Wear footwear that gives you a good grip.
• Wipe your feet! To avoid spreading ice and snow around the building.
• Use the handrails.
• Report any problem areas. The facilities maintenance group is working hard to keep things in good shape, but they can use any information you have as well.
I'm wearing smooth bottom flip flops and running through the parking lot with scissors and a live grenade tomorrow. That'll teach 'em for making me come to work during a blizzard.

Good morning guys. Have I mentioned how much February sucks? Supposedly (being taken with a huge grain of salt), we are in for Blizzard conditions overnight. Now, this will be the 3rd time they've called for this, and we didn't get much at all the first 2 times (which I was fine with), so, we'll see what happens tonight. They are already telling us to stay home if its that bad. Only way I won't come in is if they close the highway out of Elkhorn.

Good morning guys. Well, this damn storm finally showed up. Tried to get out of town, couldn't see a damn thing out on the highway, blowing 35-40 out of the north. Looked like I was driving inside of a snow globe. So, looks like I have a day off today. Hate wasting a vacation day due to this crap.
