The dent pipe is for the driver side and has the dent to clear the power steering line.

There is just too much crap in the passenger area on my truck.( heater hose ACX line and battery cables. I had to cut old heater hose so now I will need to make a tee and move the tee further away from the pipes.

where is the top of your IC mounted at? My IC tabs are almost flush with the top of the Core support. Thank you for the photos too.

I was able to get everything in last night. I ordered the wrong boot for the drivers side. it was smaller than the passenger side on the IC. I believe I can still use it just not the section that is too large. Its dirty now so I don't think riffraff will want it back.

Well tomorrow I will find out if I messed up or not. I have made so many changes and new parts I fear I will have a big oily mess on my hands. If I don't I will flush the coolant out mostly water in it now. Then change out the seals on the oil cooler.

Well here is the status.
My steering is still not right. It is tighter but there is still a side to side slop.
There isn't any leaks so that is good. i took it out for some runs and still only get 15lbs boost. about the same as before. I'm on flat land and the truck seems to haul *** but very concerned after all the stuff I have done I still cant hit 20.

I came a little bit late to the party so I missed some details. Did you do the up pipes? Ever checked her with a boost leak detector? I used to pretty easily do 18 psi but I'm struggling to build 15 psi these days. I think my up pipes are toast.

I did not do the up pipes I did inspect them and they were not leaking that I could tell. No soot on the body everything felt tight. I have made a ton of mods with out driving it between them so it could be multiple things. I have not tested the IC. I shutter at the thought of pulling stuff off now. I was looking for notes from when i drove it home but I cant find any about the boost. I remember about 15 but on a hill was 17 or a tad more.
I have changed the turbo wheel to rifraff billet added the IC. other stuff but I don't think it would affect the boost.

Whats a boost leak detector? I also don't know the the seal between the spider and turbo is working but it felt like it was a solid rubber seal before I tightened it down.

I'm sure Travis can explain it better than me .

There are some pics somewhere of fancier leak detectors but I haven't been able to find them. Some guys have tapped in valve stems and pressure gauges.
