Thanks. I can't wait to get the center caps and tires and see how they really look.

Got the transmission, starter, and generator installed....and think I figured out how to make a bracket for the jag power steering pump. I then got the cab braced up and started cutting out all the cancer. I got a lot of it cut out. Still a lot more to go. I also picked up a bunch of steel to build my bed with. And the machine shop has my bed sides bent up and ready for me to pick up tomorrow.

Tonight I cut a little more of the cancer out of the cab. I won't cut much more until my other patch panel show up.

My freshly bent new bed sides showed up this evening. So I should get started fabricating the bed soon

I didn't get to work on the truck this weekend but I did manage to get a few hours in tonight.
I made the frame to hold my gad tank. Then I started working on building my own bed from scratch. I won't go into all the details on here about the bed because I have another thread about its build. Here is a link to the bed buikd.

And cragar 69 deluxe wheels 15x8 on all 4 corners.

Lovin' it! What a great thread and some excellent shots there as well. This is what I should have done: started with a nice clean chassis and gone for it. That rear end looks like a fair bit of work to get in there, but is gonna look badass! You are a braver man than me. I was way too chicken to pull one of those Jag units apart.

I thought it was going to be hard to but actually the jag rear went in pretty easily.

Awesome thread, I feel the pain of the cab rust, wow, at least the truck is in the hands of someone capable. I have my own 54 F100 build going, though much closer to stock for now.

Can't wait for more pics of your build

It's official. .....my frame is a Roller! Can't believe how goid it feels to hit this mild stone. I finally got the coil springs mounted in the front. The only thing left to do to the front suspension is make the upper shock mount and the sway bar mount.

The gas tank is almost mounted as well. I just need to drill 4 holes and run my bolts through and it will be finished. Then it's time to run fuel line.
