My knee hit its head so hard its eyeball popped out. Its neck also snapped and twisted completely around.

 

You're lucky. While in high school my best friend hit a hog on the way to school one morning. He flew off the bike, and hit a wooden fence post with his helmet. Killed him, and the hog ran off. I was following about 100 yards behind my friend.
