Yes, and we got more up on the mountain. Only a couple of inches of wet heavy snow. when the weather report on tv says "pineapple express," that is what happens. More slop than snow. Probably great up at the higher elevations. I am at 6.500 feet. The mountains here go to 10 K ft. So i am sure that the ski areas are happy this morning.

Any good ford projects going on now? I have not done any for a long time now.

Im at 6,000 ft & we have 3". when less than a inch was predicted. most likely we will see another foot or more by Monday that is in town. Its not slop it is a semi wet snow.

Great, more snow....NOT! I guess I shouldn't complain. We do need the water badly. I hear Lake Lahontan is filling up nicely though. Maybe it'll have enough water to go sail boarding or boating this summer.

 

Jimmy has a Ford project for sale, but other than that... nothing.

 

Evening Everyone. We have well over a foot of snow on the ground. it has been snowing here non stop since 6am & still snowing 14 hours later.
Donna I agree we need the snow but we need it in the mountains. We need long term snow to do us much good that is a huge snow pack in the Sierra's' Mt Grant, & White Mountains etc. When I was in Mammoth a week ago they have a few feet in town not sure what these last storms have done to improve that. So I wish all the snow we have here could be added to the White mountain peaks. Then in July streams would be flowing nicely.
