You can double that for my project.. Move the dining room stuff to the garage and living room to the dining room. And would have to be semi warm for ventilation purposes..

Re doing floors is a lot of work. I did 3 bedrooms and living room hallway. What a huge difference once done.

From the looks of ours the living room is at least that long. We will use something along the line of this.

Mine were only stained and waxed so they show wear.. Going to have to re-stain as well.

Ours look like there was no stain. So for me just sand and finish.
