It's because of the beach and everyone that comes down from Brooklyn for the summer. They buy house's full price, knock them down and build what we call stucko Mcmansions!! They dont match anything look horrable and all the beach towns are full, so there moving west right into me. As the crow flies i'm 1 mile to the beach. I dont live in Oakhurst I live in west deal, according to them. That's why I'm leaving here.

 

I'd just like to go down there for the weather!

Pat, I tell ya me and my wife never felt better, when we were there. Take out the guns, cheap taxes, all the riding in the desert and 4X4ing, We felt great and when we got home, all you can smell was musty air, in the house, the yard every where. Ya it gets hot in the summer but 60 degrees year round, i'll take it.

2001 I was Married 9 years, done with the Marine Corp. and had 2 kids, one was 6 and the other 4. Turning a wrench at Monmouth Auto Diagnostics. Be safe gotta run out for a few.

Hey David! Glad to see you returned!

I was in Tucson over new years, but Pat doesn't allow me to talk about it... apparently just because you like winter, you can never visit relatives in Arizona.

 

Especially since the only time he visits them, is when it's cold in South Dakota...


Coincidence? I think not.....

 

Well I sure as heck ain't going down there in August when it's 180 degrees!
