When the last one is out of colledge that is were I am going. Everyone has a gun, Silencers, full auto, you name it you can get it there. We looked at realestate, taxes are dirt cheap, and everyone bitches about the heat, I was there from july 7 to november. Never felt better, no cough, runny nose, back felt great, did a tube ride down the Salt river, rapids were hard on the rear, but it is beautyful, get up at 4am sit outside on the patio and it just felt right!!!

Things are going okay here. I tell you what, if I could get the wife to, I'd love to move down that way after I retire, that's my kind of place!
My wife wants to go now, every night see is looking into homes, we are looking in the valley, east of Phoenix. You can go to flagstaff and get all the snow you want, or go further south like Tombstone and just be in the dessert, racing quads and dune buggies, huge down there. Are friends live just outside Tempe and I love it, everything is cheaper, a 300K 4 bedroom house on half acre with pool and all the bells and whistles, property tax $2,300 a year. I'm paying $12,000 a year for a 3 bedroom ranch on a 125X100 property, my taxes are more than my mortgage. We are going.

Wow. I pay about half that, for the same size lot, but a 5 bedroom house. Damn. And that's still too damn expensive!
