Thanks everyone, I am learning a lot. 20 years ago I took the truck apart and had to replace the frame. Everything was sandblasted inside and out before putting it back together

Not that my database is an accurate measurement of production numbers, but of the 60 1951/1952 trucks this is only the third Chester truck.

If you assume most of the CS trucks stayed pretty close to the plant, they've likely all turned to iron oxide. Then again, my truck was made in Memphis, certainly not the closest plant.
