Nope first time I've ever seen them. I didn't go to alot of concerts growing up, however did get to see a couple of my favorites. I saw Charlie Daniels in VA, and I've seen Alabama a couple times at there theater in Myrtle Beach. Pretty awesome to get to add ACDC to that sense they are one of my favorite classic rock bands.

Congrats man! Should be a great concert.

I saw Charlie Daniels at Walnut Creek 12 or 15 years ago, he was running the "Volunteer Jam". Molly Hatchet, 38 Special, Charlie Daniels, and then Hank Jr. I'll tell you I was stoked to see Hank Jr because I'd never seen him in concert, but I was very disappointed. You could tell he had the "I'm just doing this to get a paycheck, as soon as my 15 songs are over I've out of here" attitude. Meanwhile Charlie blew me away! He had energy and moves that you wouldn't expect from someone half his age! He was heart and soul man. He had a meet & greet at the Walmart in Garner and I took my daughter up there to see him and get her guitar signed.

I've heard that same thing about Hank Jr several times.
Been outside checking out Ka'Bluey. He's a wired mess, I'm surprised it hasn't caught on fire. Once it warms up a bit again I'll get out there again and see where wires are going and fix/replace what I don't like. The left rear axle seal is leaking pretty good too, it's probably ruined the brake shoes already, the inside of that tire and wheel are soaked. Then we have a couple of lights that don't work, but that could be in the wiring.

I'm in and out of the house today. Realy just getting a few things done on Ka'Bluey. Tightening up nuts n bolts for the exhaust, and it's a wiring disaster, I'm surprised there hasn't been a fire.
Hope everybody's having a good day.

Plesant Supprise

We had a pleasant surprise this evening. Dinner was cooked and about to sit down and feed my neck, and Shari and Tim heard a diesel running outside and he peaked.
It was a group of 4x4's, the smallest a Toyota 4 Runner, then a Suburban, a Ford pick up, and a Deuce that's been restored. Their members of Raleigh 4x4 club and they seen Ka'Bluey in the driveway.
We talked quite a bit, a couple of them even took pictures of the old truck. They said they hit off road parks in the state, so maybe we can find more places to go play.

It's mandatory to operate a grill to have beer in hand.

Yep. It's been raining off and on all morning. Made for a dreary day.
