Yes, it is chopped and lowered in the front, a nice custom truck.

Abe, that's in the heart of Downtown Chicago. I would believe it's not likely the Ford dealer handled trucks at that location. Could be the COE was delivered there from the plant on the south side. It could be a tractor.
