Front suspension drag links

I have a E99 f350 and my drag links look bad. When buying new steering parts for the truck will all 99 parts work?

Some do, some don't and those that don't can usually be updated fairly easily. You can check your data here and switch truck year to compare part numbers and they have good prices and service.
