Oil explosion out of head!
Ok so I'm driving, merge into interstate (getting on the throttle pretty good, 25 psi boost, enough throttle to clean up the exhaust) and a mile down the road, look back and huge cloud of smoke behind me. I pull over, shut the engine off, and pop the hood... Oil EVERYWHERE.
Crank it up for a second, oil is squirting out of the head under the gpr.
What did I break???? Help!!

Are you positive it's not a hpop line? That or maybe you blew a plug/oring on the oil rail on the head.

I'm about to pull the hpop line to check it... I took the stud that the gpr bracket attaches to off and the threads were dry...
I really hope it was the line!

Could this be the culprit?

Was it all wet? Looks like it could be.

The whole motor is wet... Radiator all the way back to the turbo lol
I just saw squirting out of that area and don't know where else it could be coming from.. The ps front plug is too far forward I think.

I blew an o ring on the hpx crossover mod. Lost almost all my oil on the highway in the middle of the desert. O ring lasted 2 years, maybe I over torqued it but that mod won't go back on.

There is 3 plugs along that oil rail on each head. They all go in line with the hp lines.

I was hoping to do it locally so I could have her up and running by Monday... If I can't, I snag one from clay.

If one went, the other is probably not far behind!
