Mine has a cover on it , under the cover is a torx screw.

That little black hose in the 5rd picture in the original post is for the windshield washer fluid. The empty space behind the passenger side battery should have the degas bottle and the windshield washer fluid tank.

Ok. I saw your post in the 6.0 forum. I lurk there reading all posts trying to learn, but I am a few weeks behind.

I have an early 95 7.3 and here is some pics to help you.

Others have answered, but I am going to confirm some of their answers. Please don't get upset.

AC compressor wire comes from same harness as clutch wire.

Coolant overflow and windshield washer fluid tank. I agree that the rubber hose is probably washer fluid to windshield.

Factory air cleaner. Looks like someone had the aftermarket 6637 filter installed on your truck. Notice I don't have the circuit breaker on the fender like you. It is probably something aftermarket.

Here is my power window and door lock switch. You have a power window and door lock harness in your door, but the switch has been cut out. The yellow and red 2 wire connector handing out of your door should be the motor wires for the power window.

Hope this helps. If you need any more pics, let me know.

I forgot to post the pic of my windshield wiper motor for you to see.

If the wire colors match, then you know what it is.

Great bunch of guys here. I have learned a lot from them. I am hoping to pay it back by posting the pics.

Sorry I haven't been on in a while. I really appreciate y'all taking the time to help me out, feel free to post as many pics as you want. Do y'all know where to get the degas/wiper fluid tank at by chance?

You have an early PSD truck, the 94.5 and early 95's used a different bottle then the rest. I just so happen to have the setup you need, where are you located?

You definitely have the early system with the pressure cap on the rad. I'll look tonite at what all I have. I'm way up by Fargo, shipping might be high.

Well the cheapest I've found is 100 for the degas bottle
