Looks great!

Is it secured to the floor? If so, are you using the factory tie down latch hardware?

Awesome build! It looks so...perfect. lol.

and definitely not overkill on the lock idea. I wouldn't want to leave my truck at a shop and know that they can access it with the ignition key.

Thanks guys, the box will be bolted down with carriage bolts to the stock tie down holes.

I already removed the d rings and drilled out the holes to 1/2" for when we use our 4th row little passenger seat. (Couple times a year).

Access to jack area is limited. I will probably stow the jack in the box and use the storage area for gloves, small tarp, etc. If I can shove it towards the tire and clear more room I'll do it.

I wanted a specific rifle to fit in it without being broke down, that set the width of the box.

No kidding! He is slow though, 3 weeks to get it. When I gave him the drawing and paddle lock he told me they should have it done in a day, but I knew better.

How is it bolted to the floor?
I'm assuming you used the existing floor mounted "hooks"? but how did you secure it to them?

AWESOME looking storage box .

I haven't bolted it yet, however with the drawer construction and clearance between the bottom of the drawer and the box I have the clearance for heads of the bolts to clear.

The front / face of the drawer is much closer the the base.
