Hey Gigger.
I have been seeing rumors of no more Super duty and you got a dodge?
You were suppose to give me that truck. LOL
Snake oil the 87-96 part of the forum will teach you a lot. Trust me that's where I learned the most the other part trial and error from so many which is what I now have to go through it again since getting my Chevy. Only thing is my neighbor has a similar chevy so he knows a lot about them.

Ya that's one thing that sucks about these trucks is they usually weren't taken care of and a lot of issues arise from them.
I know this is a ford forum but I just noticed I never posted pics of my new project. She is an 89 K2500 Chevy 4x4 with a 5.7L 350 TBI TH400 3 1/2" stainless steel glasspack straight pipe (no cats) with slash cut chrome tip. Also has newer Chevy power drivers seat with flip down middle console.
Plan is to rebuild the engine (it runs but has 220K miles) with some heads, cam, modify the TBI, new intake manifold, elec fan, and whatever else to get 350ish HP.
Lift her and put 37s under her
install my shell
and multiple other things to make her my own and a good truck to drive long distance and haul with yet if I want to drive to work if I don't want to drive my Ford.
She was a birthday present to myself since my birthday is 9 days away.

Thanks,
When I told dad I wanted to buy this chevy he just turned and looked at me and couldn't believe what I said since I always mess with him and mom about owning a chevy.
