Having an issue with my parents daily driver. Under load (a/c, putting it into drive, etc) it makes a noise. Sounds like it is coming from under the intake manifold. This is my first time trying to diagnose a modular motor. It is a 5.4l Eddie Bauer EL. Will try to attach a video.

I have checked to make sure it is not the a/c clutch cycling. Noise sitting idle goes away when the a/c is off. However, it does it when you put it in drive. No CEL or codes.
