Thanks again for all the information & I have an update. After reading about the damper system I mentioned it to corporate who in return ordered plus had it installed. After I drove 700 miles while contemplating driving this thing off the road in disgust it is indeed better. Is it 100%? NO! Now all of my rims are damaged which Ford still won't replace despite their personal direction on how to fix the issue. The truck indeed has plenty of power for sure but man that vibration is horrible to say the least. I'm curious if adding the air shocks would help finalize the remainder of the vibration? Ford has made it known that I will become responsible if I change my suspension but if it gets rid of it; I'm in! I too feel this will be the last Ford ever for me. I hate GM but Ford really dropped the ball on someone who faithfully purchased 5 of these trucks plus others. It has been exactly a year now since I received shipment of this truck & the experience has been exhausting. I've actively been looking at trading it in for a Chevy who is willing to offer the most but I'm just not there yet. If I could eliminate the vibration with adding air shocks in the rear I will keep it, otherwise its Bye, Bye Ford!!

Yeh well for my company I need minimally a 450 & owned (3) other 350's for over 15 years & NEVER had a ride like this. It been sitting in my garage for 2 months now as I'm shopping for something better. I Rent Penske trucks smoother than this. Worst purchase I ever made! F150's are over priced & made for buying groceries not hauling or pulling weight. If Ford took responsibility for the problem correctly I may have felt a bit better but to look at your new truck with destroyed rims & drive 1250 miles with a hobble is quite annoying.

I for one am happy the suspension is stiff and holds the weight as it should and this is the reason for the vibration
This is the first real truck I've had that hasn't had sacked out suspension from carrying weight within the first ten thousand Kms

Most 3500s these days have soft springs to appease people wanting a nice ride cause rarely people use the truck to work it hard

I'm surprised the dealer would not fix your issues or even put the dampening system on the truck
Perhaps you need to try a more compitant dealer that can do the research rather then just throwing parts at the truck
As for the wheels I'd be pretty pissed and they would be replacing those
What's their reasoning for not replacing the wheels they've ruined

I did indeed have the dampening system put in only after being sent to 4 dealers & joining this forum. I find it disgusting that Ford had the new 2016's outfitted & didn't recall all original 16's made in 15? Then & only after I explained what I read they ordered the part from Korea which also took 3 weeks to arrive. Every dealer followed Ford corporate with how to proceed & several times undermined what was going on as if I was crazy. Now Ford explains since they can't determine which dealer actually damaged the rims I'm to blame? Apparently every dealer does NOT have the capacity to balance F-450 wheels so you have to have them sent out privately. Long story short they told me to sue the dealers privately since every dealer is private without anything connection to Corporate. I'm still confused how to proceed thinking air shocks may get rid of the vibration otherwise what??? Buy new rims & tires for $6k? I may file a Lemon Law claim which is why I haven't been driving it. I also hear if they're over a certain GVW its not applicable to get a return or new truck. Anyways I now understand why Ford's stock, sales, & profit numbers are falling. Meanwhile the price of their trucks climbs with every new one I purchase significantly. Could be the thousands of commercials on everywhere while old Ford lovers get the backseat.... Truly Sad
