Carpet laydown with a floor shift...
Are there 2 steel rings?
In order from the bottom,
Floor plate
Rubber boot (right to floor pan for water seal)
Steel ring
carpet
and finish off with a decorative ring to hold carpet?
or is it
Floor pan
rubber boot (right to floor pan for water seal)
carpet and one steel ring to seal it all up?
