I had to pop in here just to see what you fellers were up to. Looks like good things are to come, Byron. It's looking great so far. I've about had it with my IC (but I'll reserve that conversation for the OT thread and another time).

Git 'er done Byron!

It just doesn't seem to do any good on my truck. I lost a couple pounds of boost when I put it in and I can still get the EGTs up to 1100 degrees with stock injectors when I'm hard into it. I suspect there to be a leak somewhere, but I can still make close to 20 PSI boost when I'm really into it so it can't be much of a leak. I'm not sure what's going on...

Are you talking about running empty? My truck will still hit 1100 if I really get on it. Those boost numbers seem to be right in tune with where I am at as well. The reason I ask about running empty is because I did not really see the difference my first day of driving until I was hooked up to the trailer and really getting on it. That is when I noticed a 200* difference and that I could not get the truck over 1200 no matter how hard I tried. I am sure it will change when we put in the new injectors this weekend, but I Have been running my 60hp canned tune on my TS, which would usually send EGTs skyrocketing, so I have hope. I used to not be able to keep it away from 1300-1350 unless I really babied it (while towing). My boost has always been around 18-22 after I fixed a few leaks. I thought that was normal fora stock truck with canned tunes. It sounds like its actually working for you. I know the other guy on here who just installed a Banks said that his EGTs will still spike, but the difference is that they settle down and are much more manageable when sustained. I am not sure if this helps. Hope so!

When I ICed the mule and mare I was disappointed. I never brought it up on here. The $1300 IC I bought out of desperation slowed the raise of temps but I'm still disappointed. I hear those claims of certain amount of decrease in temps and I just shake my head not wanting to start an argument. I know it helps some but it's overrated IMHO.

Well maybe after I do injectors I'll be disappointed, but right now it has definitely made a difference. I know I'll need to do the turbo pretty soon, but for now I am pretty happy.

Wait till you use them ones, you were just using too big of injector. They do help.

Thanks Darin! Much appreciated! I don't "love" how the cold side pipe looks, but it works! Stay tuned...I'll have a photographic record of the fun Travis and I will have.
