Topped up steering box with STP- Wow that's some thick stuff - made a minor adjustment to the box... My 52 has a cap nut, took that off and turned the screw in about 3/4 of a turn, front wheels off the ground, checked for binding - none- road tested and... much better!
Can drive with one hand on the steering wheel even at 50+ mph, I will check it again with the drag link disconnected and try to bring it in a little more.
Went from 3-5 inches of travel at the wheel to 1-2...

Your truck has a good look to it! It is really a good deal that you get to drive it between all of the small project items that you're doing.
I went with the Bebops fiberglass fenders too. They are great. There was a little fit-up work, especially for mating the upper and lower fenders. They took really minor work to get ready for painting. On my to-do list is to paint the insides of the fenders with heavy undercoat. If the tire picks up a rock, it can ding the fender from the inside. If it happens badly enough, you can get a little star shaped crack in the paint. Other than that, they are a really good thing if you trade off your time versus the cost. Actually, I think the fiberglass fenders can be had for less money than good steel fenders.
