I have always stayed away from making my own threads , because usually my problem is already been talked about. In this case I have seen non quite like my problem.. My truck had the Intake gasket replaced with the updated gaskets. During replacement the gasket was Pinched slightly, and the truck didnt last but a good week before blowing the gasket again.. I broke it down myself this time and replace Once again. I got it back together, but the truck is just not right for some reason. It idles perfect, and 50% of the time, runs like a top. However other times It dont want to take fuel, and if you dont pump the throttle it will die. while driving , it will 95% of the time die when I push in the clutch to go from 3rd to 2nd. if I push in the clutch other times It will die as well but normally from 3rd to 2nd. Im just not sure of the problem. Ive checked the vacuum lines, mostly the one under the IAC valve. Ive cleaned the IAC and EGR.... there aren't any codes to report.. has anyone ever had a similar problem? any help is appreciated
