Let it cool to the point it will start
Post ICPV @ KOEO
THEN POST
ICP AT IDLE
IPR% at idle
Then post the following at 2500 RPM

Will post pressure and % tomorrow. Screen did not come off IPR. When we bought the truck it was not running at all. After a very hard start (many battery charges) it started and ran well but belched white smoke. Tore it done did oil cooler and replace EGR upgraded to tube style. Also replaced IPR. (Screen was trashed on IPR and had metal fragments in it) also changed screen by oil cooler (kit). Got it back together no start. Did a pressure test found air blowing back into the oil filter changed HPOP. Stated well after purging air. Took it for a 100km test ran great at all speeds. Got home turned it off tried to start it and I got hot no start. Tore it down re-did stand pipes and dummy plugs as well as all o rings on injectors put it together. Still hot no start tore it down again to re-check work and all o rings. Tested for leaks. Put it back together still hot no start.

Pull the oil filter and see if it's wet,,, dripping actually. Do you remember if the old hpop had black or orange seals on both ends (I'm referring to the main shaft the gear is bolted to). I've got a late model hpop bad in right now. It's a reman one too. I've only seen two bad hpops. I kept the first one because it's the only one I've ever seen,, until the one I have in now. But the first one had to have been tuned and overreved because the bearing gave way and the main shaft was extremely crooked. The reman one I have in now is not visibly bad like the other one,, but it is bad. Pointless info
