Repair on 1996 F150 needed in SE Michigan

The left front side panel of my red 1996 Ford F150 has been damaged and needs to be replaced. Can anyone recommend a good shop/individual in SE Michigan, preferably near the Ann Arbor area? Preferably not expensive.
