70s f600 clutch and brake pedal covers...sources?

Nothing in google

Does anyone have a source for clutch and brake pedal pad covers... 70's vintage f600's..literally thousands of trucks and maybe even later years and nothing comes up..I find the accelerator....but thats it

The parts manual lists it as #2457

Thank you all

70's (1967/90's B/C/F/L/LN/LNT/LT/LTS500/900)..literally gazillions of trucks and nothing comes up. I find the accelerator....but thats it

The parts manual lists it as basic part #2457
How many members of this forum beside myself have Ford heavy truck parts catalogs that cover 1960's/1990's trucks?

People would need all 4 of these catalogs to see how many years these pedal pads fit.

Two different brake pedal pads, with or without air brakes. But, as I recall, your truck doesn't have air brakes.

The clutch pedal pad is the same 1967/90's, as is the brake pedal pad without air brakes. Both: C7TZ-2457-B

If you had called Crown Motors up front, instead of wasting time lookin' on google, you would have discovered that these C7TZ-2457-B pedal pads are available from Ford!

MSRP each: $9.08 / FTE Ford dealer parts dept sponsor horizonpartsguy.com online price each: $6.65 / Horizon Ford - Seattle (Tukwila) WA

It might be cheaper to buy them from Crown for about the same price and then avoid paying shipping charges from WA

I'm pickin' on you, cuz you have the '73/79 heavy catalog, but have made next to no attempt on how to use it. I'm in poor health, so what'll you do if I kick the bucket?

Late October, I'll be in Redding and the surrounding area for several days, could swing on by and give you a few lessons on how to use it.

Hahaha Ford man... you're right about how to use it...
I opened the manual... found the picture (you know how "we" are with pictures),, but couldn't figure out the actual ford number.. after going through many pages in both the brake and clutch section

I did try ....

I may be around in October.. and if Im not traveling Ill buy you lunch... vegan of course....

Crown wouldn't even know where to look up a medium duty part.. last time they had one was in the inception of the dealership.. they call their heavy duty truck line f350-f550

Thanks Bill.. all kidding aside.. you're awesome my friend

Ordered... 6.00 ea delivered..stealbay

2457 = TEXT - SECTION 23 - PAGE 25

I did try .... And now you can try again for sheets and giggles, it should be easier since I given you the info.

Cheaper than Horizon, cheaper than Gaudin (silverstatefordparts.com) in Lost Wages NV

I was offered a job by Crown when I was working at Crenshaw Motors. Crown even offered to pay my moving costs.

I lived in West LA on Stoner Avenue, not too far from the LAPD Purdue Street station.

Told the parts manager thanks, but no thanks, I'm not moving from the promised land with all its museums, restaurants and pretty maidens to the wilds of NorCal.

Bill

There is nothing like new pedals to go with a restoration
They arrived in new old stock original ford bag...
Thank you

Its getting there... the interior and wiring and glass and project "lil bit" will be ready to start

New pedals!

Of course I had to make the eight ball shifter

Nothing like a new seat.. I mean all new.. new foam... covered it with utility carpet and then the seat cover.. saddle tan

And finally sewed up a new headliner using some ford material I got off of ebay

See what new pedal covers will do?

Caterpillar yellow.. tractor supply...
