As its been pointed out... I have some rust to contend with.
Drivers side cab mount.
Pass side cab mount.
I broke out the cut off wheels and started cutting out the rust.
Then cut some patches out of 1/8" plate. Then checked the fit.
Now I need to clean up the mounts and weld them in. That's another days project.
While I had the cut off wheels out I also cut these out of some 4" C channel.

I will have to wait till I can get to my local Monday-Saturday salvage yard that still sorta treats junk like junk. 😉😉

Trevor @ Tennessee Wheel and Tire was helpful when I needed some info for my setup so I ended up ordering the adapters from him. They ended up being drop shipped from Arrowcraft. If u wanted some 5 lug adapters u could try them. I have seen 5 lug adapters for them in the forums before.

I didn't get a whole lot done today after wasting half the day chasing lug nuts that couldn't be found.
Welded up the cab mounts and drilled some new holes.
Little paint and the new mount.
Then I dug out the Coe front cab mounts and started cutting.
Cut some 2" tubing and some 1/8" angle to make some cab floor bases.

Sorry, I was afraid I wasn't clear with my question. What I meant to ask was outside of driver tire to outside of passenger tire. I'm still weighing the merits of the E-450 chassis option, and with your 22.5" adapters playing out well, I'm just thinking aloud for my own ongoing chassis hunt.
But since you mention the height, what are the lo pro tire specs you have there?

The tires are the same ones most guys run on their pickups. 255/70/22.5.
I just picked up the first set I found on wheels for mockup. These f*ing things are impossible to find cheap. I don't want to spend thousands on wheels for mock up.

yeah, I've talked to a kid who adapted 22.5s to his hot shot dodge rig back when. He lucked out when one of gpa's retired farm trucks had the goods (less the adapters of course) for free. That was several years ago and the $ he was saying for street prices sounded anywhere from stupid to unbelievable.
