question for you guru's,on my 84 f250 4x4 it has them backwards rear lugnuts on one side,can they be replaced w/regular studs & lugnuts without screwing it up drivewise? Found some nice american racing wheels w/decent tires but can't find any lugnuts to fit on the one side!
talked to my brother and he has done that and had no problems so guess i'll get started on replacing them,pulling the snow plow off and fixing it up as it has 80k miles w/diesel and c6,too nice to let sit,did go out and it fired right up after sitting from one use last winter,lol

Those aren't that way from the factory as far as I ever knew. Dodge used left hand threads way back. Ford always to my knowledge used RH threads.

My dad's '55 Oldsmobile has LH threads on the passenger side, but I've never seen them on anything else. I would Put RH threads in it and forget about it, but that's me..
