D60 Swap coming

D60 Swap coming
Over the weekend I was able to go get a D60 from Bill. Its a kingpin D60 out of a 80's truck. It came with blocks for the back, and springs for the axle. So the axle itself is mostly complete.
I plan on doing a complete service from spindle to spindle before it goes in the truck. Don't really have a set time frame of when it goes in. I am however still in search of a couple parts.
Heres what I need:
1. 3.55 gears
2. F-350 Drive Shaft
3. F-350 Transfer Case Yoke
I am set on keeping my 3.55 gears. I don't tow often, but when I do I have never had any trouble.
As far as getting them, I'm not sure if theres someone who would be willing to trade (please forgive me if this is not the correct place to discuss) their 3.55s for a set of 4.10's (maybe they want to swap to 4.10) or if I will need to buy a set.
I don't have much in the axle so if I have to spend some money to get it up to snuff, that is not a big deal to me. Any suggestions of where to source parts are welcome.

Are you changing the gears yourself or outsourcing that? I looked into changing to 3.73 once upon a time and discovered to buy all the tools I needed I could just hire the swap done.

The 250 drive shaft will work. The only problem I have found is running at higher speeds in 4 HI. Mine would get a vibration in the front. Swapped the yoke on the t-case, and put the double joint 350 shaft in, and the vibration went away.
