Side mirror terminals

I have spent weeks, looking for the pins that are in the 1A-Auto heated, folding mirrors w/turn signals Model 611. I still don't find the answer.

I need both male and female terminals, to add to the 1A sockets, so I can add the turn signals and heated circuits.

I have other connectors to get the power into the door but need more pins for the big connector so I can connect to the mirror in the door.

My mirror connector has 10 wires but the other half of the shell only has 3.

Anyone know where to get them and what part numbers?
They are the round ones, not the square ones like the later models use.

The shells appear to be WPT-667 and WPT-1141, or WPT-568.

I would hate to have to cut all the connectors off and replace them, just because I can't get more terminals to install.

I'm not sure what vehicle or year your working on, but its like tapping water out of a barrel. If there is not a line, your going to have to make one. Solder, heat shrink and zip ties come in real handy.

My '99 F-250 SD Lariat

The adapters just don't have enough pins, I need to add some.
Someone makes the pins, I need to identify them, so I can buy them.

Ah, Gotcha. What about going to the wrecking yard and salvaging from a later model? You take a paper clip or jewelers screwdriver up the wire side of the connector ant remove the pin. Then you should be able to insert it in your harness.

I googled WPT-667 connector and came up with a variety of info, including this helpful catalog:
http://www.fordservicecontent.com/pu...torcatalog.pdf

page 31 has the connector listed, page 5 has a reference for a kit with connectors.

It appears they can be gotten in Cleveland: Store, or from https://rotunda.service-solutions.co...ages/Home.aspx

I pulled them out of my old connectors to wire onto my new mirrors the other day:

It appears they are used as power seat connectors too, if you go the salvage yard route.

I pulled one of the pins out, they measure .062.

It looks like I need about 7 more, per side.
All I want to do is add the power for the additional lights and heater, however many circuits/wires that requires.

Thanks for the info.

Page 5 only refers to a probe kit, for testing connections.
The other link is just for tools, not the terminals, as far as i can see.

I could order the adapters from 1a but that one still leaves me in need of another connector shell, that is unobtainium. And they are too expensive not to be complete.

I have connectors and terminals that I use for OEM on motorcycles that I could replace everything with but I'd rather complete what I have and go from there.

My pin terminals look like they would work with the sockets that ASDrew shows, as long as they are .062 and not .093.

The later model use a square, rather than round female terminal that won't fit in the older truck shells. They look like this:

1393366-1 - AMP - Get .64 Connector System | TE Connectivity

My local Pick-n-Pull has no F-250's but they have some Excursions.
I think I'll try my luck and see if I can find some, there.

Try the power seat connectors on the Excursions (assuming they are the same), they may have more pins in them.
