It really is hard to hire good employees.
Many of the really good ones are already working.
I am still looking for more myself.

You require a special kind of person. I don't imagine its easy to locate a pilot.

Had over 100 apply but most have no experience or are just bad.
Hired 2 recently but now need 4 more and an AME who is great to.

Prefer someone say 25 to 45 with minimum 1500 hours of real time....for example lots of turbine time, hook time, ifr rating, advanced mountain training.

Yes the gov regs are...but also the insurance company and the people who we contact for also have rules like min hours etc.

I drove a tractor trailer for many years and I know how those rules work.
