The soil at my place has a lot of clay so it holds moisture for a long time. the problem will be them drowning. not suppose to freeze but not suppose to see above 49 today. Wednesday on sounds good though

All went well, we didn't drop him, and the timing was perfect like we practiced it for a week, God was looking down on us Saturday, that's for sure, we watched the film of it at the fire house on Sunday, and it looked good, 2 ladder trucks crossed with the flag draped down. Great show, screwed traffic up for an hour or so but such is life.
it costs around one gas generator. I was only able to rent one once because that little cabin/shed up on the mountain only had one that I could find

that is good the funeral went well. Its a shame it happened at all of course

So when I get up to my cabin on Friday around noon there will be a mule in the generator shed, is that what your telling me? Well it will be an easy hunt, wont even have to use the rifle a 45 ACP to the head and we got dinner for the weekend. The mules rump is the best, taste like bacon. ya the mules ***. So I guess I have to bring my backup generator for the house, did you at least leave me some wire to put a new plug on? or did you cut it at the conduit at the ground. *****

I almost missed the last sentence, you got 9 days my friend better get busy, it's a long ride up the Army road to Alaska, though improvements have been made since 1940. long hike hope everything goes well and if there is wifi somewhere check in and send some pictures, the northern lights would be nice. a Polar bear floating on a ice cube (Al Gore), get to Homer and pan for some gold, you may never come back.
