03 Navigator Parasitic Draw

Hello, I am currently working on a 2003 Lincoln Navigator that has a parasitic draw of 3.14 amps. The vehicle had a previous water leak near the cowl. That was all cleaned out and taken care of. I pulled out every fuse and relay and the amps never dropped on the meter. Does anyone know what this could possibly be or ever run into this before?? Please help!!

You're missing a fuse somewhere if you are still getting that large of a draw. Either that or your alternator or starter motor is drawing current.

Do you have a Navigator or Aviator? If truly a Navigator, you may want to have an admin move this thread to the appropriate forum.
