Yeah, no kidding. I knew mine where cheap, but didn't know they were that cheap. You'd think I would've sold the last one by now. That's about my luck. Everyone wants one until it's time to collect the money.

Oh, and Rich. Of course I plan on stopping by. I'll stop first if you want to go. If not, I'll swing by after to show you my loot.

Good Morning Everybody!

Gonna head out in about a half hour or so to head up there. I need to stop and get some tools, and a few extra dollars. Not sure what I'll end up with, but I guess we'll see.

Yeah. I actually got the side of the grill I needed! Normally, I just end up with two or three of the same side. This time, I actually wound up with a complete early style grill. YAY! It's even the '76/'77 inserts, so it's correct for the truck.

That means I have a super nice '79 grill assembly for sale.

Maybe I can make some money tomorrow and get rid of some of this stuff.

It was good seeing you all, loved your garage shop sit down Rich and it was clean!! As always fun with you guys.

I got more accomplished today than I thought possible.

1. Got up at 0530 to be at the northern jy at opening

2. Got front diff out of truck and bought.

3. Hung out with fellow FTE ERS

4. Raced back to get my son to the gym

5. Loaded 4 speed transmission from Bandit and sold it for $250 Isold it with bell housing, clutch and flywheel, and ring gear....

6. Took money and ran to Branson and loaded tires for Bandit with said $250

2 newer Goodyear 37s and 2 older 37s that will be spares soon.

7. Got back to house, unloaded tires

8. Actually got the front differential installed temporally for tool around purposes.

Yes those front wheels are on backwards so I don't have to cut the tab from the inside of the wheel so I can possibly sell them later.

I'm going to mount the newer tires on the slot mags and when I get Bandit back, put them on and move those outlaw 2 wheels to the Explorer.

I'm wore out today lol

I finally got Alice in for her annual check up. She got the works. Oil change, lube, tighten nuts and bolts, top off diffs, trans and t-case, check all fluids check the lights and give her a good once over. ......I still have a squeak coming from the driver's side of the dash, but I'll find it.

It's time I do the floors, too. They're getting pretty bad. Maybe I'll order a new mat while I'm at it. I kinda' like the rubber mat in there. It's easier to keep clean.
