Rear Wiper loose

Recently purchased a 2015 EL Limited and when the rear wiper is in its off position it can be moved freely about 3 -4 inches up and down. Its not locked into position. Is anyone seeing this on theirs?

It is that way on the 5 Expeditions I've owned. Just don't move it around and it won't bother you.
