2006 f250 long crank

Been gone from the forum awhile. How's everyone doing? Anyway I have an 06 that has a long crank first thing even after sitting for 30 min. Ficm is good, batteries are good. It is fuel related. Fuel bowl drains back down after a few min. No external leaks that I can see. Changed regulator and check valve. Thinking maybe pump is letting it leak back down. What's your thoughts??

Sounds like it must be the pump. You have a fuel pressure gauge?

Yea has good pressure. Kind of stumping me. Thought maybe something in the pump letting it bleed back. But thought I would ask for suggestions.

Lol. Might as well wake up before you need to get to sleep. Pretty sure it's fuel related. Fuel bowl shouldn't be draining back down.

I haven't had time to work on it. Had to finish painting my dad's f150 and put the 05 font end on the 03 excursion.

Lol. Yea I guess. Only have a 06 and this 03 right now. Only has 90k miles. Plan on getting a 04 with 44k miles and a 05 KR with 110k miles this week. By the way it was the hpop reservoir leaking down on the long crank. Plan on fixing it today.
