It's actually AutoCAD Mechanical. Not sure why we run that, but it's what we run. I do have Inventor loaded on my PC, but it doesn't run right. The IT department is supposed to sort that out soon. I keep hearing rumors that I'm going to get an upgrade and our scheduling guy is getting my machine.

OK, I was not aware that there was a Mechanical version out there. I downloaded AutoCAD Map 2016 yesterday and that is what you see me running.

We are going to be making a switch from the AutoCAD platform to the ESRI ArcGIS platform seeing that we will be maintaining our maps in a GIS environment.

I escaped, but now I'm doing Delphi with Oracle, SQL Server and MS Access. It's a living...

Yeah, there's a mechanical version. It's kinda dumb, in a way, that they do that - because at my previous company it was the same kind of deal yet we drew everything BUT mechanical in it...lol.

28" diagonal measurement. HDMI capable flat screen, though.

That's not a monitor. It's a big screen TV.

Damn, I want one of those screens also! It would be nice having a two screen setup. I just have to figure out a way to justify asking for it!

Yup, and I love it. Last place I was at, I had this little square flat screen deal, might have been a 18" or something. It sucked.

I would love having 2 screens, but I have no desk space left for it!
