Top Gear (even though they don't like diesels) opinion thread

I'm sorry that the show will not be the same, however I don't think that there is any other course of action if he actually physically assaulted another member of the BBC.
And trust me, I LOVE Clarkson on the show. I feel for the producer, as many will look at him as the one who "ruined Top Gear" quite possibly, and he was the one who was assaulted.

Honestly I won't watch the show without him. You know they come in the set of three and even if they did try to go on it would still be a weird group and never be the same again. Michael Vick trained dogs to kill each other and then went back to playing football. We all make mistakes, he should be punished and then let back to the show.

If Clarkson is gone for good, then so are new Top Gear episodes for me. Thank goodness there are always the old episodes to watch if I ever get a Top Gear itch.

I'm surprised they actually fired him. From what I hear BBC isn't doing too well financially and TG had to be one of their biggest money makers...
I won't be watching the new TG but I will keep an eye out for Jeremy and his co-presenters next project since I can only imagine they'll continue together one way or another.
And I'd choose to have my beer with May, before the haircut.

1. Clarkson's contract expired at the end of March.
2. In it's current iteration it has been going on for 13 years (a veritable lifetime in tv).
3. All three had admitted that "when it's over they will know it." May tweeted yesterday a title change: "former TV presenter."
4. The politically correct crowd was howling for blood and have many times in the past, so the authorities decided to 'give them a sop'.
Don't be surprised if you see some form of TG on Netflix.

I think your Netflix prediction is not far off.
In terms of Twitter I love following May. Assuming it is actually him and not some agent he is very interactive and funny with his followers.
I chuckled at Hammond's description: "not very good on a horse"
May's description: "former tv presenter only remembered for saying 'oh ****'"
Lol
