I use to play slow pitch myself. Started out in a church league when I was in my teens and played in that for about 5 years until it stopped due to lack of interest. Then I picked it back up when I joined the fire department and played in the county league for about 7 years. Stopped playing due to the pounding that my knees and ankles were taking. In both leagues I played pitcher and catcher..... and no sick comments from the peanut gallery....Pat.....Bill.....Steve......

 

No, it's not a good thing... we've already had a lot of grass fires around here. The farmers will be stressed out about low moisture levels too when it comes time to plant the corn.

we had a catcher lose his 4 upper front teeth playing slow pitch softball. that's the day i decided i will never play catcher.

LOL, well, after my divorce I did some things that I otherwise should not have. Let's just say I got lucky in that regard. It's what happens when you think with the wrong head lol.
