29. And sloppy snow. I maintain REO properties.... Enough money to make me relocate. I do long for the 70 deg. Xmas though........

 

Ranger, I know a guy who goes around checking on properties that banks have mortgages on. Just to make sure they are maintained. He said that most of the banks he works for will just sit on a foreclosed property for a year or two (tax deductions) before maybe putting it on the market.

Off to take the grandkids back home...

 

Yep. I do the maintain part. Decent money and I get an in on some nice leads. Plus hit neighbors up for contracts.
