Being retired myself... sort of, I am going to congratulate you on both events... retirement, and a return to work. (I try not to use too many 4 letter words, so won't repeat that one).. If its good for you, it is good for all of us. Long live the King..

Thanks Mike and Robert.
"My new Kingdom"? Actually you are more true than you know. I have a tendency to pull up everyone around me at the work place. I'd rather give a compliment and make someone's day than harp on something someone did wrong. Delivery drivers WANT to help myself and my customers out. Inventory control clerks are usually real beotches before I get there. Parts people like me usually don't do what they're supposed to so it makes the inventory control clerk's job a lot tougher. I do. I also ask them what can I do to help you so you can help me? I get it, they know it, so they have a smile around me rather than the scowl they had before. When I quit Chapman Ford years ago there was a REAL tough woman there as inventory control clerk. On the day I left, when she went to say good bye, she got all choked up with tears welling in her eyes. Stockers, parts pullers, driver dispatchers, etc. I bring them all up.

Remember what we talked about? You have more talent and "gift of gab" then you realize.

It is the positive attitude, and team building spirit, that goes a long way towards success, in any field. If you want to, I mean really really want to, then virtually anything is well within the realm of possibility, especially for the 'King'... None of us in the Kingdom take your help and max effort lightly. I volunteer for your team anytime.

Thanks for the kind words gentlemen. I really appreciate it. Whether it be holding up a shoulder or kind words such as above, it makes Life's trials and tribulations seem less than a mosquito bite. We got one heck of a group in this Kingdom.
Cheers to us!
